What OceanGo does not provide
- Incorporation, company secretary, registered address and registry filings are not delivered by OceanGo
- Accounting, tax and audit are not delivered by OceanGo
- OceanGo does not act as secretary, director, shareholder or filing agent
- OceanGo does not receive share capital, tax, audit or pass-through client funds
- Clients verify the provider before engagement
