Principles
Refunds follow the written service stage
- The product page and written proposal state the specific cancellation terms.
- Before work starts, refunds are made less disclosed payment-processing or administrative costs where lawful.
- After work starts, OceanGo may retain the fee reasonably attributable to completed work.
- Third-party fees already incurred are subject to the provider’s policy.
- Referral-only services are not paid to OceanGo.

Email [email protected] with the order number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
