Contract
Entity and service scope
- The service disclosure identifies the contracting and invoicing entity.
- OceanGo provides only the written advisory, preparation or coordination scope.
- Regulated or professional providers contract and charge directly.
- Schools, authorities, banks, employers and other institutions decide independently.
Client duties
Truthful information and approval
- Provide complete and truthful information.
- Review and approve documents before use or submission.
- Pay fees and third-party charges stated in writing.
- Do not use the service for unlawful or misleading purposes.
Law and disputes
Applicable law follows the contracting entity
Singapore-entity contracts are governed by Singapore law and Hong Kong-entity contracts by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Contact [email protected] first for billing disputes.
