- 公司注册、公司秘书、注册地址与注册处申报不由 OceanGo 交付
- 会计、税务与审计不由 OceanGo 交付
- OceanGo 不担任公司秘书、董事、股东或申报代理
- OceanGo 不接收注册资本、税款、审计或代付资金
- 客户在签约前自行核验合作方身份
